Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rentaro’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Rentaro. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Rentaro provides software for rental operations, bookings, and related workflows. Features may change over time. We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
• Interfering with the Services or other users’ use of them
• Uploading malware or unlawful content

Rentaro and its licensors retain all rights in the Services. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentaro disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentaro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You will defend and indemnify Rentaro against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
